Clean and quiet. About 20 minute walk into Belfast. Although a shared bathroom had a sink in the room. Good variety for breakfast and large amount. Very helpful and friendly and would certainly use this guesthouse again. Good value for money.

Clean, most pleasant, quiet (even the guests), bus (#9) nearby, not too far from city centre, large+good breakfast; TV, sink, and towels; shared shower rooms/toilets (plentiful) ; spacious lounge; free wi-fi throughout; really good value (depending on how you book: £… ££); and a really nice host.

Comfy place to stay while visiting Belfast, and very handy for the Botanic Gardens and Ulster museum. A wee bit of a walk to city centre and train not reliable (took us to Yorkgate station instead of Titanic Quarter as stated).

Close to the University and the magnificent Botanical Garden, with its rose garden and the greenhouse, this Guest House met our favour, thanks to the very friendly welcome and great helpfulness of our host, the spacious and clean rooms and a rich and various breakfast menu. The only remarks are that the exterior is not as well cared for as...

Hillary & Renata were very welcoming & helpful during my stay. The breakfast was well cooked & filling, I loved the potato & fried soda breads! The room was a good size & clean, as was the shared bathroom. It is located in a quiet area of the city, under 30mins walk from the main city centre, and with buses...

I had a room on the first floor and thw shared bathrooms / toilet were always clean and tidy, as was my room. I needed somewhere to stay near to Queen's University and this was just right, being an easy stroll away. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was OK. I was being picked up early...

Very disappointed with this accommodation... Had to cancel booking at last min , due to a beverment, completely out of our control... The lady on the phone , was abrupt and curt, then hung up. Never told me about late booking fee.. Booking company rang 2 hours later to say she was still charging me, most probably cause they couldn't...

I have been very pleased with my stay, I give Hillary and Renata and excellent because it came quite cheap compared to other similar options on trivago so the quality/price ratio is very high. Good breakfast ordered and cooked in minutes. Good location too in a residential area not far from city centre.

I spent 4 nights here while attending a course at QUB. It is in a great location and the room was comfortable an quiet. Helen and Renata (the hosts) were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. The only problem I faced here was the the wifi is non-existent on the second floor.
