Owner and staff were so lovely, accommodating, approachable, and kind overall. Helped me with taxi bookings, allowed me to stay til it was time for me to go to the airport even after my check-out time, didn't bug me to pay right away and had let me settle in first. Place was so near to everything. Delicious Irish breakfast. Thank...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of fine linen and fluffy duvets. The breakfast choice was limited and certainly not the picture of abundance displayed on the booking.com website. However, the cooked breakfast was generous, cooked well and served quickly. Unfortunately, the toilet in the bathroom had a macerator which made a...

After reserved a room 6 weeks ahead I arrived to be told they didn't have any room. This was blamed in booking.com but in investigation it was arranged their end. Belfast was extremely busy that weekend with only rooms around £400 left. I was very lucky to have friends in another hotel willing to let me sleep on floor. The...

Paid by cash but still charged my credit card. After about 6 phone calls and 3 emails over booking.com and 3 to personal emails I finally got my money refunded 10 days after my stay. Not good. Also plumbing wasn't good as toilet, sink and shower made an awful noise when on and there was no hot water during the...

I stayed in this B&B on Aug. 8th. 2016 for one night. Our stay wasn't that bad there. However, I would have rated okay but the poor rating is for double charging and their failure to respond to my email and to booking.com to resolve the situation. When I checked out, I clearly asked them if my credit card had...

Overall I thought the hotel was quite decent and very much served its purpose as a bed and breakfast establishment. I found the staff including the lady who checked me in to be very friendly and helpful. There isn't a lot of staff around so those who are on duty have quite a lot of work to do and might...

Avoid this place if you can - no warm welcome, scruffy & tired room, staff in breakfast room snappy & unfriendly (not all but one in particular), fried breakfast one of the worst I've had and particularly disappointing if you were a tourist and it was the first you'd ever had! Ok the plus side - decent location for Botanic...

We stayed 2 nights in a double room. The bed matress was old (I woke up during the night and the noise of the released spring woke up my partner). The bed sheets were stained, so we had to ask to change them and they were changed the day after. The restroom and shower was too tired and quite dirty....

DO NOT USE this B &B. We had booked a double room for 3 nights 6 weeks before our intended stay. We turned up at approx 4 pm on the first day having been in Ireland already for 2 weeks. We were greeted with the news that they had double booked our room and had been trying to contact us...

Camera Guest House is an authentic 19th-century Victorian building situated in the leafy suburbs of South Belfast. It takes its name from the many photographers who stayed here during the 'troubles' who wanted to avoid the bigger, easily-targeted hotels.
