We had a wonderful 2 nights at Dukes at Queens. The location is excellent - close to Queens University, botanical gardens and nice cafe. You can just sit in the restaurant watching life go by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Walking distance to city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Belfast.

The hotel is located in the University district close to the botanical gardens and close to many good restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the city center. The location is a great jumping off place for the Black Taxi Tour and out tour to the Giant's Causeway. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Breakfast was very...

Hubby and I stayed here at the end of April. Great location, about a ten minute walk from the centre but two minutes walk to a train station and bus stop at the end of the street opposite. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and our room wasn't ready but she took our bags for us so...

The restaurant menu is not extensive but the quality and presentation of the meals was excellent, Cooked breakfast was again very good although I was disappointed in the Eggs...

I have stayed twice at Dukes and on both occasions have been really impressed with the bedrooms. Really large and very comfortable. Exceptional bathrooms also. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Dukes was booked by an agent via work interests in Belfast. It is allegedly 4*! It was one of my worse hotel experiences for many years. The hotel put me in a room with no window, which was freezing cold when I first entered. The TV remote control was also missing and that required 2 staff visits...

We loved it. Few bits missing in room but it may not be standard in Northern Ireland, compare Ireland. I am working in hotel business...

The hotel is in a great location in relation to the city and an easy walk in and out to City Hall area. The room was excellent and I couldn't fault it. We had B&B and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of it. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The only downside was parking. There is on...
