Stayed here during a Christmas work do, the Christmas dinner was on the whole average, Nothing really memorable about the meal. Service was good. The bedroom was very good, lovely big comfortable bed. Location was very good although there seems to be only on-street parking and difficult to find a parking space before 6 pm.

Described as a 'boutique hotel' , id have to disagree.....reception and externals plus restaurant and bar all appear to be decorated to a high standard, however the bedrooms, are poorly and cheaply decorated, and i didnt feel these were good value given this consideration...functional, and clean, but drab, and dreary...underwhelmed. Also quite a bustling street and bar gets busy....so not...

Had a twin room booked. Room 206. Room stank of smoke as did the whole corridor. As soon as we opened hotel room door we could smell it. Beds uncomfortable and pillows pathetic. Wakened early next morning by person in the next room vomiting. Wouldn't be back to stay. Food in restaurant was first class and bar staff lovely.

I have stayed here a few times, but I recently had a few rooms booked, and a few cancelled, so bit of mess,, I emailed the hotel several times, nothing was ever a problem, and got a reply within an hour! I find this first class, as it's worrying waiting on a reply requiring a booking. The hotel is stunning,...

We had been mobile for 5 days, with jet lag and traveling, and we needed a place in Belfast to crash out. The exterior and common areas are fine. The rooms themselves were lacking. Specifically the mattress. I didn't know anyone made mattresses that thin, spring laden and cruel. The floor would have been a better, more consistent place to...

Apart from very courteous staff, this place was severely wanting. The worst part was the cheap, uncomfortable bed (could actually feel springs), but overall, the place doesn't look like anyone has taken care of the simple stuff to make a place look nice. There are scratches and marks on the walls in the main areas and in the room, and...

We tried here for lunch and we were immensely disappointed :( On arrival there was only one other table of guests. This should have been a clear indicator to turn around and walk back out. However, we took a seat (noticing the cushions were all ripped) The waiter took our drinks order and they were fine. He took our food...

I have to say we stayed just one night in the hotel, but beside the room quality what i can not score down because was highly acceptable, although the room was poorly lit, nothing is quite right in "hotel". The "restaurant" which is a bar/pub and after midnight a nightclub, is really made me think how is that even possible/acceptable!...

Called in for a drink with my colleague, the bar was busy and inviting. The drinks were a little expensive but it is in the city after all. I would pop in here again as there is a big screen tv etc and plenty going on.
