Unpleasant five night stay, with unpleasant staff. Rooms were dreary, and the bathrooms need a complete overhaul. We were lucky to get more than a trickle out of the shower, with us having to clean the bath ourselves each day. I wouldn't normally complain about hotel stays, as I find everything adds to the fun and festivity of staying away...

Great hotel which I thoroughly recommend. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room could do with a bit of TLC but overall I would return without hesitation. Understand it is a family run hotel, great to support local economy rather than big chain. Great coffee in the bar, enjoyed breakfast. Ate dinner in the Barking Dog just a couple of doors...

We called into the hotel for a drink on our way home from the welcome ceremony for the Giro d'Italia at City Hall. A great occasion and we were all feeling proud that Belfast had been given the wonderful chance to host this worldwide event. We noticed on our way in that the hotel was hosting 2 of the teams...

Having to "sign in" every day with a complete interrogation and voucher code to be able to reach the internet - each day - is a huge pain. Narrow hallways to reach our room, which was very small, hardly any room to put suitcases. The plug for the computer was in an awkward place. They DO have an obvious hairdryer...

I recently arranged a formal for all of the biological sciences students at Queen's university and the night was a huge success. The wellington offers an exorbitant package at a very affordable price. The staff were also a huge help in the process of arranging the formal as well as on the night. I would highly recommend anyone looking to...

I booked this hotel through Trivago, after checking it online. The pictures on the website of the bedrooms were very impressive. I booked a double room and was greeted and dealt with promptly by the reception staff. The corridor leading to the room was narrow and dull, the decor tired. On entering the bedroom, I was immediately disappointed, the carpet...

Definitely not 4star standard. My boyfriend had book a suite as this was our engagement. 1st room we were offered, is not what I would class as a suite. It had a double bed! My boyfriend went to reception who changed our room which was more acceptable with a queen size bed, not the most confortable but acceptable. The room...

Two night stay here. Located in a nice part of the city close to the botanic gardens, so great for an evening stroll. Choice of several and varied places to eat nearby too. The accommodation was comfortable albeit a bit on the tired side decoration wise. What impressed me most was the friendliness of the place and the willingness of...
