Evelyn gives good advise about what to do in Belfast, and she cooks a terrific breakfast. It's about 20 mins walk from the city centre, and at about 5 mins from her place there's plenty to do too (Ulster Museum, pubs, university, botanic gardens). The...More

Just to add to Guillaume's helpful answer, we parked at Evelyn's with no problems. The walk into the heart of the city is nice, but if that's not your thing, there are a couple bus routes that run regularly down University Road and the A1, and the stops are just a short walk from Evelyn's.
In addition to The Barking Dog, there are a few other good restaurants nearby including Maggie Mays (student-ish breakfast/lunch place) and a very good place just around the corner (the name escapes me at the moment). There's also the all-important late-night chippy nearby. ;-)
Evelyn's was great, I highly recommend it. Safe travels!
