Comfortable room although a bit dated. Food good value. Would give it an average rating but the receptionist Helen takes it to 5/5. Very professional, helpful and welcoming from the second we walked in the door. This lady really sets a lovely tone for the hotel before you even get to your room!

This hotel is close to the airport. You've just step out and be in front of the Belfast international airport. My room was terrible: the bed sag when I sit on, the bathroom smelled like a public restroom and dust were everywhere. The only advantage is the position, but the windows are not perfectly sealed and I can smell plane...

This hotel is so friendly. Martin the barman and his girlfriend were just fantastic to us over the two days we stayed, nothing is too much trouble and I have to say the food was fantastic. But the portions were too big. Had dinner the first night and the breakfast was amazing . All the staff were so helpful and...

My room looked like it needed renovation. Taking shower in the bathtub is not only old, but also dangerous. But...the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the airport check in. So you can sleep longer. That is great. The service was excellent.

This hotel is a very short stroll from the terminal making it ideal for those with early departures. Reception staff are efficient but not warm. The room has a comfortable bed, over bath shower, television, safe, tea and coffee, and a trouser press. Given I was here for work an iron would have been more helpful. There is a restaurant...

We stayed in this very comfortable hotel as we had a very early morning flight and did not want to drive to the airport at this early hour. We checked in on Sunday evening and went straight to our room which had all we needed , a very comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. We had booked an early...

Used this hotel a few times and it is very good and convenient for a lay over. Staff are great here and are polite and friendly. Rooms are nice despite having a separate bath and toilet. It's actually cheaper to fly from mainland UK and stay here and go onto final destination. Free WiFi too . Will be back.

Overall staff were excellent, with the exception of the barman who was working on sat the 22nd oct. Rude and terrible service. Huffed and puffed when i asked for cocktails, and when i approached the bar later to order 2 more drinks, i was told to come back as he was very busy even though the bar was empty. This...

This hotel has a lot going for it! Excellent friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms, both evening meal and breakfast of a very good standard.
