I stayed in Room 2 for one night. Positives: It is easy to find. That part of the Lisburn Road is not an easy walk from the city, but it is well served by buses. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The...

I was put in room 2. My first impression was that the decor was tired. The longer I stayed, the more horrified I became. It was more than tired; it was dingy and needed extensive cleaning and repair. I actually reported to the owner that the shower door wouldn't stay shut (I had to hold the door closed) and that...

Me and my friend needed a cheap b&b close to the US embassy. We came across this place on booking.com and it didn't disappoint! The host was fantastic and made us feel welcome. The room was good and the location was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely return if in the area again!

A fantastic welcome from the owner, very chatty and full of information. The room had everything you would expect. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. Loved the stay, will return when next in Belfast. It is on Lisburn Road which has plenty of eating places.

We booked two rooms for our visit in Belfast. The room where I stayed (room 5) was pleasant and both of us staying there really enjoyed it. However, our friends stayed in another room and they had problems with the bathroom: apparently the toilet did not work properly. They also complained about having dirty towels and bed sheets, however no...

Let me start with the positives. The gentleman who greeted us on arrival is very friendly which was nice, the breakfast staff were lovely and the breakfast itself was excellent. Now for the negatives. First room we were shown was on the top floor and while it was spacious it was very tired, very dated and poor light coming into...

This particular B&B was booked for me so I wasn't quite sure what to expect! It was late evening when I checked in and I was quickly greeted by Theodore who was lovely and made me feel really welcome, he even took the time to tell me about breakfast, the area and other areas in Ireland for sight seeing. I...

Theodore is a most welcoming host, B&B situated on the Lisburn Road, nice wee stroll into city centre or bus stop across the road if you're feeling lazy. Lovely breakfast, will definitely stay again as you couldn't beat the price and we were accommodated in a ground floor self contained apartment instead of the double room at no extra price.

The staff make this place a winner. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable immediately upon our arrival. The rooms are what you would expect for the price and they make breakfast on request which is perfect as I don't eat a standard breakfast. They will make you whatever you want. They help with any information to do with...

Stayed for one night to visit my mum who was being treated at Belfast City Hospital Very comfortable bed, lovely cooked Irish breakfast. The electric shower was very good. My room was at the back, so I'm not sure what noise levels are like at the front
