The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everybody we came across was always happy, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is situated conveniently in the city centre, shopping, restaurants, and local transport are all close by. We were there to visit the SSE Arena, which is also within walking distance. The hotel itself was what you'd expect from...

As soon as we arrived, we were attended to and welcomed to this lovely, spacious, clean hotel. Everything we needed was there for us and the lady at reception gave us really good information on how to get anything else we may require and how to get assistance if necessary. The hotel was quiet and we had no trouble with...

Only one member of staff the lovely Aaron who served us our beautiful dinner is worth the mention, the rest of the staff don't seem even remotely interested to be there, especially Ciaran who seems to think he is above everyone, he was so unhelpful and aloaf, won't be back!!

Hi Jacquie, Thanks for your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you were unimpressed by the service you received from some of the team members during your stay at Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street). This isn't what we'd expect for our guests as we always encourage team members to be kind, helpful and respectful towards all guests so I...

Good value for the facilities, Clean and tidy. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with a good choice. Bed was cold an option of a blanket in the room would have been good. Shower powerful and hot. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Great location, more or less everything within walking distance, but a fast taxi service available....

Great location within walking distance of city centre. Parking available at the end of the street by fire station for £7.50 per 24 hours. Rooms are basic. Lovely comfie bed. Excellent breakfast available for £8.99. Would definitely recommend for budget accommodation in an excellent location.

Good value hotel like most premier inns are. Clean and comfy. Staff friendly. Breakfast tasty and great value with two kids eating free. Had issue with noise, not hotels fault but another resident and people outside on a Saturday night. Hotel honoured the good night sleep promise and refunded money for that night. That's why I choose premier inn for...

Room was uninspiring and not somewhere you'd like to hang out in. Very basic room but has all you need. Comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Affordable option for a few nights stay. Very quiet and located next to the city hall.

We only stayed here 1 night, but the place was very clean, and the sleep quality was very good here. The Room was spacious and comfortable too. There is a restaurant & small bar here too which is good. So, my overall score would be very good.

When we 1st arrived the room smelled like Vick & was a bit dowdy, it wasn't quite up to Premier Inn's usual standards but nothing worth complaining about. With that said the staff were lovely & the food was good. The location was quite good.
