When we checked in the welcome was brilliant and reception staff could not be friendlier! Told us all the best restaurants and best value for money tours to do, organised it all for us so it was stress free and easy. Always happy to help and nothing is too much hassle wether its directions or just simply a drink Would...

The hotel staff were friendly but the bar was over priced. The bed was so comfortable I was in serious thought about purchasing one. Very central and good hotel. Room was spacious and the shower was powerful :-) we conceived our child here ;-) if the dates match up...

Honestly could not recommend a better chain than the Premier Inn! Cheap price, Cheerful staff and great food at breakfast!! (can't say dinner because I didn't have it) Would I stay here again? 1000% Yes!! Only downside is: Alfred Street is expensive for Car parking at £2 per hour for the underground but worth paying to keep your car safe!!

A very friendly welcome here, helpful and informative. Room was clean, bed comfortable, lovely hot shower and we had breakfast here on 1 of the mornings which was very nice. It was quiet and although we were on the street, the noise levels were ok. The street was closed off during our stay however, so not sure how it would...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of January. The location is great, right in the city centre. The best thing about this hotel is the staff especially Bonita on reception. She will give you recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. Brilliant weekend although very chilly!

Stayed in the premier inn for two nights in January. The welcome from the staff was excellent and the wee bits of advise on where to go and what to see was great. Also where to get the best prices for these trips were greatly appreciated. The rooms are excellent value for money and the location of the Alfred Street...

The advert on TV states about their room comforts - they are correct in saying so, I was impressed with how spacious the room and bathroom was. Excellent comfortable bed and everything in the room was good. Sound proofing was good - no sound from other room TV's or flushing toilets. Good to have a pleasant nights sleep. Staff were...
