Stayed here while having to come to Ballycastle for a family funeral, Marion was wonderful, very attentive and talkative, and little Phoebe the dog was a delight. Had a sound night's sleep, and the breakfast was amazing.

We've had great success with several B&B's in Ireland, south and north. Knew the minute we walked through the door that we couldn't possibly stay here. The smell was overpowering, the house was filthy, and we were shown to a tiny closet in the attic. Couldn't remove ourselves quickly enough. Fortunately because we are off season, there were others options.

This woman was so kind to us last night. When we got into bed I said to my husband it feels just like going to grandma's house. 😊We are so so thankful. We were warm on a cool and rainy night and offered a cup of tea.

Marion was so very friendly and just waited on us for breakfast and didn't stop smiling. Shame about the stairs in these places but they are all the same. We like an ensuit but it was fine having the mutual shower and toilet.

This is the thrue B&B. You live in the owner home joining with Her all: noises, smells. The owner is friendly like your grandmother. The room is small but clean. The forniture are old fashion. The bathroom is outside the room but is only for you. The breakfast is complete and served in the owner kitchen.

The proprietor of Ammiroy House, Marion Crawford, is the most welcoming, hospitable and genuinely charming person I have met in years. Marion is 83 years of age and she is still a human dynamo of energy! Marion is a tremendous conversationist and she had me in stitches of laughter with stories of yore and days gone by. A most hospitable...
