Well it's appearance is grand. The welcome is warm and all the staff were very attentive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The food in the bar and carvery side has a good variety with some great dishes and a couple not so well executed. There are plant of big screens for those all important six Nations games and...

Stayed for one night. Easy to find and good parking. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and friendly. 3 lifts so not waiting for them. Room was large and modern. Did look a bit tired compared to reception area. Good comfy beds (was 2 singles together). Slept really well on it. TV good size and comfy chairs to sit...

I Stayed here recently with a work colleague. We were visiting a customer and they recommended this hotel to me. After a tortuous journey trying to get out of Belfast (there was a big accident and a main road closed during rush hour. Note to self look at flights into the International airport or even Dublin)), we arrived at around...

Such friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful meals had by all. (21 people). Went beyond their call to make it a very memorable night for everybody. Good central hotel for going shopping or visiting places of interest.

Tidy and spacious rooms with good facilities, staff were very helpful and professional. Evening meal was a delight and the breakfast next day was a very relaxing way to begin the day. Shopping in Armagh was great with local shops easily outnumbering and outperforming the nationals.

My first stay here and wasn't disappointed, friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable room and bed. It's not cheap at £95 for B&B. My only criticism is they use horrible clingy curtains on the shower. Everything was clean though. Also ate in the bar, the restaurant is apparently only open Thursday to Saturday. Bar food was good with a reasonable...

Had Sunday lunch recently . Quality of food and service were both good. However, the dining room is 'tired looking'. There is paint hanging from the ceiling in places , the light fittings look bedraggled, the room is generally dark and in need of decoration. It was three years since I had lunch there before and the room looks not to...

Dear Clare Many thanks for taking the time to review our hotel, and I'm pleased that you enjoyed our food and service. We are at the final stages of pulling together a scheme to refit both the restaurant and bar, and this will be completed in the coming months. We hope to welcome you back to our "new" restaurant, in...

Pleasant, friendly greeting, polite. When asking for a taxi later on, I didn't like it when she never lifted her face away from her computer and just pointed to the phone. Looked to be a bit short staffed at the coffee bar. Room was clean but basic. Not bad for a 3 star hotel. Would stay again
