Stayed here for 2 nights for wedding. Some reviews were concerning but our room was great. Not 5 star luxury in the modern sense but large room furnished sympathetically in accordance with character of building. Public rooms even better. Unbelievably good. Breakfasts were good, though surprised and disappointed that Irish breakfast didn't include potato bread. As am Ulsterman who's lived...

We have recently had the privilege of attending the wedding of our friends Gary and Vanessa and we had a ball. From the moment we arrived we spoiled by Maureen and Noel.Maureen did a brilliant job organising the event and the whole day went like clockwork. The food was excellent including the breakfast the following morning and the staff courteous...

Was here for a wedding , staff were slow to serve the tea and coffee on arrival! We actually served ourselves. The wedding meal was very good.Cleanliness was not great gents toilets on ground floor there were cobwebs all over the ceiling. Alcohol was a little over priced given the surroundings

Held our wedding reception here and can honestly say Maureen and her team were faultless from start to finish. The unusual venue ticked all the boxes for us, the staff were pleasant and attentive, organization was first class and the accommodation quirky and fitting for such a beautiful building. The food - wedding meal, buffet and breakfast was fabulous. Would...

My partner and I have booked our wedding here in 2018 and thought we would try out the food after hearing great reports. The food was fantastic and very well priced, would and have recommend this as a lovely spot of Sunday lunch. And I look forward to recommending it as a beautiful wedding location too!

Attended recently for a wedding ceremony / reception. Lovely venue with ample parking and very picturesque. Ceremony was held on third floor, my only critic was the lack of seating, while I understand space is limited and wedding couple would give numbers I believe extra chairs would have helped to allow people to sit with friends family. Sparkling wine and...

We attended a wedding here recently.Although the mill has been well restored and the food delicious,it is basic enough. Some of the toilets had real towels for drying your hands on as the hand drier was not working. These were naturally disgusting after a short while.A pack of disposable hand towels would have been a much more hygienic option. A few more...

Had a lovely day at friends wedding. Decided to stay over, the room was above the function room, music carried on onto early morning, guests making a lot of noise, paper thin walls could hear every thing that was going on. Bed uncomfortable, and dated room with bedding. Forgot something in my room and rang to see if they had...

We stayed for my nephews wedding, (we were from America). It was super clean but not in a "cold sterile hospital" sense. The food in the dinner was great. You felt a sense of culture and kinship. Sean, the owner, I think was super friendly and warm. He gave us great tips on what to check out during our stay

Location is stunning and just perfect for a wedding. We stayed over and had a room on the fourth floor - excellent room, quiet, comfortable and authentic - very much in keeping with the style of the mill. Wedding was superb, well looked after by the staff on duty, food was amazing and plenty of it. Breakfast was pretty good...
