Having very recently ate in the vine restaurant I felt it only right compliment the hotel on the improvements . We have been to the restaurant a number of times but have on a few occasion been disappointed. However, not disappointed this time. Although the menu hadn't changed much (could do with a revamp and some additions ) the food...

Today I had a facial at the Burrendale spa and it was superb! The facilities are very comfortable and relaxing, my therapist was so attentive and considerate - I felt truly pampered. After my treatment she suggested I might like to relax in the relaxation room which was a lovely addition to the treatment, as was the delicious little cup...

Treatments in the spa are fantastic, The girls are very attentive and provide a first class service. My sister , mum and a few family friends visit here regularly . We always enjoy our time here, and finish with a lovely lunch in the restaurant, where we also experience a delightful service . Well done Burrendale staff

I am writing this review as someone who belongs to the spa, uses it regularly and would rate it highly. However, this review is for the menu and food in the lounge and Cottage Kitchen weekdays until 9pm in the hotel. The menu has not changed for a very long time and is extremely limited and basic, more like a...

Arrived Friday 14/10/16, checked in by friendly and efficient staff. The room we were allocated was on th first floor facing the courtyard but no problem as we didn't intend to spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The room was very clean and had iron, hairdryer and tea making facilities. The decor was a bit on the drab...

Myself & my cousin attended a wine dinner event last night - food, wine, staff all outstanding. Staff were so attentive all night & food served was of a very high standard. Homely lounge area with live band was a great finish to the night. We will definitely be back. I also stayed over for a wedding previously, rooms are...
