This place was very accommodating. We had a double room that was perfectly sized. The breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. There is plenty of private and on street parking. It's a 20 minute walk to city center but a beautiful walk. We would love to return to this place!

We stayed only for one night. We were welcomed and given a room just as we rung the doorbell. The host are great people and easy to connect with. They showed us where to go next and how to save money for tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was nice as well.

We were looking for a nice bed and breakfast that was near enough to town center to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. This place was perfect. The ensuite room was large and very clean. Breakfast was on order in the morning, which is what we prefer. The public areas were available with tables and comfortable chairs. We...

We really enjoyed our two night stay and found it to be a great value. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. And we really appreciated learning about Derry's history from Thomas (stay here and ask him about Derry - you won't regret it!). We walked to the center and back - about 15-20 minutes, but overheard...

Located not far from the city centre this B&B was very clean with a comfortable room. The very friendly staff were very accommodating and made every effort to ensure we were provided all the local information. That was topped off with a lovely breakfast.

The Rose Park House B&B in Derry was a great place for my friends and I to stay as we were making our trip around the northern coast of Ireland. Thomas was very hospitable, gave us some great tips and a wealth of history on the area...along with a great breakfast to start our day. We were also within good...

Very good Location in a quite neighborhood up the hill just above the city center. With parking. Nice room, comfortable and clean, although a bit small and cramped.  There was also coffee and a sweet snack. Breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. The owners are so attentive to guest requests. Reasonable price

Our host Thomas, apologized for a history lesson. However, it was really one of our favorite parts of our stay in Derry. We were just traveling overnight, but we will return and stay here. Clean, well maintained accommodations. Lovely breakfast. And of course, a really great lesson on the history of the area and Northern Ireland in general. Thomas was...
