half the window was cracked with tape over. so we were unable to see out of part of the window. The bathroom shower tiles were disgusting. the sink area was dirty with white stains .The only thing good was the beds were clean and comfortable. Not a good advertisement for visitors coming to the town

In serious need of modernisation. Old tattered furniture and extremely dated bathroom. Strange smell in room and throughout the hotel. Bathroom floor dirty on arrival and carpet didn't look very clean. Good location

Close to city centre with parking facilities at a small cost. Massive room with everything I needed- the bed was super comfortable. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Would 100% recommend this hotel

Whether you want to explore the history of Derry or a good night out, this is the perfect place to call home for your stay in the maiden city. Located conveniently beside a pub, restaurant, shopping centre and cinema and only a short walk from the city's night time hot spots. Perfect for groups, families and business stays.

The hotel was great could not fault anything apart from the décor being dated needs to be modernized desperately. The rooms were always cleans, staff were helpful and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend to anyone going.

We booked here for a one night stay after a mix up with our first option ( double booked and we could only stay one night) so it was a last minute decision to stay here. We arrived prior to check in times but were allowed to store our bags in the reception area which was a great help. Friendly...

Dark halls, two or three stairs mid hallway, rather spooky. Room was rather shabby. Location was great. Staff were helpful however the rooms did not have the amenities as described and we shouldn't have had to ask for things.

This hotel was disgusting. The lobby was nice but that is all. Our room, #218, stunk of urine so bad that we ended up purchasing some under arm spray to spray the room as there was no room deodorizer available at the hotel or local store. When we complained to the front desk staff we were handed a complaint form...

Last minute booking at the Travelodge Derry. Good welcome at the desk by the trainee receptionist but that was where it ended..the room was old and tired looking. The bathroom was filthy and had hairs all over the floor. Opened the wardrobe and it had old smelly towels on the bottom of it. The Sink plug got stuck and couldn't...

Great city centre location. Staff couldn't of done more for us. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds very comfy. The only down side was I couldn't get the heating to work, but that was a minor irritation. They even sorted another night for us at shirt notice in the same room to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you fir a memorable...
