Myself and hubby stayed for 2 nights. The hotel looks well and is well looked after. Room was clean and a good size. A few let downs for us were that they didn't refresh our water in the room, they served hubby a bottle of kopperberg with no glass and there were no condiments provided with room service breakfast. Nothing...

We attended a family wedding on saturday 13th may 2017 and we had a great time - meal was great, service was great In particular there was a waitress call Samantha who was extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout. I had enquired regarding the food and a lactose intolerance - she proceeded to ensure i received the correct food and also...

The staff haven't a clue and don't care. I phoned up about my intolerances and was told sorry there was not a 60th birthday party booked, but there was. Arrived on the night and again told there was no 60th party booked. When they finally wakened up we where took to 2 separate tables where the party couldn't talk to...

Stayed here for a family celebration and have no complaints; spacious, comfortable with helpful staff. Ample car parking and good Wifi. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, didn't eat here so can't comment on that.

Joined a large family gathering at the hotel for my grandmothers 80th birthday. Thid is my first time at the hotel. The party included several children under 10yrs. Staff were excellent and food was superb. The staff were also excellent with the children. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here 2 times the last month and are not very impressed with this hotel. It is something with the staff even of the rooms are good. The food in the restaurant is not the best and the feeling is like you would be at a cruise ship.

Fortunately we only stayed for one night otherwise I would have asked for a cleaner room and we would have eaten out. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas were clean and fresh. However the room was very cold and it was dirty. When we entered the room it was like an ice box....

Decent hotel lobby, nothing too fancy. Some rooms refurbished, some look like your great grannies bedroom. Porridge was like dried up wall paper paste, no fruit left at 9.30, 1 stale croissant and cooked breakfast was cold and very unappetising. Entertainment was a guy with a laptop who was good fun!
