A nice small hotel with good food and friendly staff. Had to hang around a while at the bar to get served.....and then go look at reception to see if anyone was serving. Rooms are fine & clean....strange double shower head which took a while to figure out.

Very confused when I was taken through a housing estate to get there. Staff are all mostly eastern ejropean . Bar area is nice and clean, had to hunt staff down to get served on numerous occasions, food was nice and breakfast was OK too. Rooms are OK however could do with updating the mattress as on the two occasions...

Thank you for being complimentary but not sure about " strange location" comment; as 5 minutes from the airport, 15 from city centre, but in a quiet cul de sac is a very convenient location to me!

The Craighaar while a bit old, is recently redecorated and spotlessly clean . They have an excellent kitchen - a good bar, good restaurant and breakfast. The in-suite bath is tiny, and the room cramped, but not the worst I've been given in the UK where I've paid much more for less even at Name Brand hotels. However, the bed...

Booked a last minute deal in one of the suites. Could not fault anything. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant the food was to die for. Service was first class, could not do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety to suit everyone. Will def recommend this hotel.

We spent last weekend with our local Historical Society on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. Throughout all the booking process nothing was too much for Gemma. When we got to the hotel everyone was impressed by the standard of the rooms which all seemed to have been recently decorated. The food was excellent with a good variety and a...

The quality of the food at the function was excellent, well presented and plentiful too. The staff were very attentive, i don't think i sat with an...

We attended a function here and the food was amazing. Couldn't fault a thing which is unlike me. Presentation was also first class. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Staff very efficient too and everywhere very clean and tidy.

Stayed here a couple of nights on business. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of my accomodation. Had a suite which was lovely. Staff very friendly and attentative. Food and drink good and good value. Only downside was the noise, the walls are very thin and could hear next door guy snoring all night. Airport nosie too but only to...

Having lived in Aberdeen for 15 years, some 20 years ago I remember the Craighaar as a good place to eat. Having stayed last week I think it probably better to eat there than stay there ! There is now a proliferation of hotels around the airport so you have a choice - the problem with the Craighaar is that...
