Great value for money and was a decent nights sleep for a decent price and that's all I really needed. Didn't have the breakfast but appreciated the tea and biscuits in the room and surrounding area was quiet too.

Very comfortable room, quiet and convenient for the city centre, about a ten minute walk. Friendly and welcoming hosts and a vegan breakfast too. On major bus routes and a private car park too if you're driving.

The house is very close to the University of Aberdeen. 3 minutes walk to the King's College. The room is clean, quite and cosy. The stairs, floor and door are just repainted. The host is very nice as well.

I've stayed at the Jays several times when in Aberdeen on business and it is now my regular home from home. Very close to the sporting village and aquatics centre (which is why I first chose this location) and a short walk into the town centre. A warm and friendly welcome, clean comfortable and well equipped rooms and a good...

I stayed in a small single room. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Alice and George were wonderfully friendly hosts and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent - hot, fresh and tasty.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse was very close to the university, about 10 minutes walk. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. The free wifi was good quality and the owners were very friendly. I didn't have any problems and would stay here again if I were to return to Aberdeen.
