A short break in Aberdeen staying in this ideally situated hotel a stones throw from the bus and railway stations. Because it is a listed building there is no lift but the rooms are very comfortable. We had a meal on the first night in the hotel and the steaks we had were excellent.

Sorry for late review but better late than never. My partner and I chose to go to this restaurant on a Saturday night with our discount voucher. This entitled you to a starter and main course for 2. The starters were delish and a good size as well as tasty and so was our main meals. We both decided no... More

I don't even know where to start, on first arrival it was very confusing as to where the actual entrance for the hotel was. Turned out to be the entrance for the bar/restaurant which you had to walk through to gain access to the stairs, which would be very awkward if there was to have been anyone dining there as... More

Hotel very well placed opposite the train station. Well priced and food very good I would recommend the breakfast. Rooms quite basic but for a Base, clean, tidy and convenient. Not advisable for disabled as there is no lift to my knowledge.

I use this hotel prior to travellers offshore. It is good value and near the railway and bus stations. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff friendly. It is also across the road from Union Square for anyone wanting to go shopping.

This hotel is very close to union square and very well located to the city. The staff are very helpful and the hotel was clean and nice. The room itself was a little small and I could hear traffic most of the night. I would only recommend this hotel if you were staying for only the one night any more... More

This was my first visit but won't be my last as food was very good as was the service. Reasonable prices to and a wide range of drinks - including cocktails to choose from. I plan to go back again as soon as I can. Well recommended.

Despite some of the bad reviews this hotel has had I actually enjoyed staying here. Very friendly staff on arrival and departure and a clean place to stay. Was impressed with the standard of rooms given how little I payed for it. I'll definitely stay here again. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because there was no lift... More

Amazing hospitality offered at this hotel. The room was spotless and looked exactly as advertised. The bistro experience gives you a first class dining experience at an affordable price. This is a stay not to be missed.
