Spent a lovely evening at the hotel, dinner was fantastic, staff were friendly and went that extra mile. The room was spacious, spotless and comfort of the bed just heavenly - had the best sleep ever. Will definitely stay again!

Booked a table last week whilst visiting our van at Machrihanish Holiday Park, very friendly staff, fantastic food and pet friendly, our two muts loved the beer garden with access to a big bowl of water whilst we ate. Will absolutely be paying another visit soon. I hear this is the place to sample Malt Whisky's, see you very soon.

Our family have just spent a lovely few days staying in this hotel. The decor is fresh and clean. The staff are very pleasant and friendly without being obtrusive. The food is delicious and it is great to be able to opt for an evening meal any evening you wish. The breakfast is very tasty and served in a lovely...

Whilst travelling around Britains Coast 4 years ago we came across The Ardsheil but at that time stayed in their annexe 3 doors down. There are hundreds of whiskys at this hotel beautifully displayed and they have been the top whisky bar for the last 2 years. We'd always promised to return for a meal with a recommended whisky with...

Was up in Kintyre for a bit of cycling with a couple of friends and stayed in here for one night, the staff were very helpful from the off, we had a triple (family) room, there was plenty of space in the room and it was very clean. After spending the early evening elsewhere we came back around 10pm, the...

We first stayed at The Ardshiel last year and returned again to visit relatives in Kintyre. I cannot fault this hotel: excellent service (ample staff who are friendly, polite and extremely helpful) and a lovely, spotless room overlooking the site of a 17thC church and the harbour beyond. Superb food with top class vegetarian food too and the whiskey bar...

My music colleague and myself had a night off on our recent tour to Campbelltown and were looking for somewhere to eat and have a glass or two of wine. We'd been recommended to the Ardshiel Hotel so checked in with them in the afternoon as we both have specific diet requirements. The member of staff I spoke to was...

We have just had a family birthday party here for 40 guests. Everything was spot on from the lovely surrounds of the Arran Lounge, the food and the efficient, professional and friendly service from the team on duty. Nothing was a problem. Thank you to all involved, you helped make it a day to remember.

My partner and I recently had the opportunity to stay in the Ardshiel hotel in Campbeltown. We had spent a week on the west coast and found Campbeltown to be a fantastic and friendly spot. We stayed in the Ardshiel hotel for our visit, and have to say that from walking through the front door til leaving to come home,...
