We stay with Janice and Richard regularly when in Inverary, they are wonderful hosts. Always first class accommodation with well appointed rooms and bathrooms and freshly cooked breakfast. We highly recommend this Guest House for anyone visiting this beautiful area.

We stayed for two nights in September. The house is beautifully located only a five minute walk from town and facing across to Loch Fyne. We paid a few pounds extra for a loch-facing room which we thought was worth it. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and Richard and Janice could not have been more friendly. We... Lovely old house in an excellent location overlooking the loch. Richard and Janice could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in a very spacious and comfortable room with great views of the loch. The excellent breakfast is certainly more than enough to set you up for the day! Would not hesitate in choosing the Creag... More

We stayed here for two nights during a tour of the highlands. This b and b offered comfortable rooms, excellent en suite and a very relaxed lounge. Richard and Janice are welcoming hosts with a wealth of information about the locality. The breakfast were absolutely superb. The location is quiet and looks out onto the Loch. Highly recommended.

This family run establishment, with splendid views across Loch Fyne is warm and friendly. The service was excellent from when Christine first answered the door until we left after a great stay. The room was spacious with a modern onsuite. The breakfast was huge and enjoyable. My wife and I will surely stay again.

We booked at short notice as there was no other Bed and Breakfasts available in Inveraray at the same time. We were slightly apprehensive as to why Creag Dhubh still had vacancies and were expecting the worst. However from the moment we arrived outside the front door we knew that we were on to a winner, very nice front room... More

We happened upon this place end route to Skye and it was welcoming and comfortable. Good breakfast. Reasonably priced. Close to town with Jail - well worth the visit. Loch Fyne beautiful and great meal in town.

We stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with our choice. The house has the most beautiful setting overlooking the loch. Our hosts were always available to help & offer advice but they were not intrusive. Breakfasts were excellent and we were made to feel most welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending if you are in Inveraray.
