We had the pleasure of staying at the Claonairigh House for 3 nights of our Scotland holiday. It was wonderful. Fiona went out of her way to make us comfortable. The building is quaint and classic. You felt like you had arrived into an 18th century novel when you turned the corner into the drive. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hot water was abundant. Breakfast had numerous options and was plentiful. Thank you so much for a great stay.

We stumbled across this place by accident and what a happy accident it was! After leaving behind a terrible experience in dunoon we were rather frantic about finding somewhere to stay that night. Coming across this place in the middle of know where was like a dream. It's wonderfully quaint and has a great history. Owners and dogs were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was superb rivaling any of the bigger hotels we staying in that week. Lots of lovely options to choose from it was hard to decide. We both went for the cooked breakfast which was fab, partner would of liked some black pudding or haggis but for me it was perfect. Loved the communal style of all the guests at the one big table and the offer of fresh fruit, lovely donut peaches and melon was a nice touch rather than the usual fruit cocktail. I was also pleased with how accommodating fiona was with my gluten free toast which she gladly toasted for me no problem. We stayed in the winnie the pooh room which I found to be absolutely adorable. The room was clean and the en-suite was brilliant. It has lovely big windows on either side so it was nice and breazy making for a very comfortable night. Price I thought was excellent value for money at £55 including breakfast. Only disappointment being we didn't book another night, it would of been nice to spend more time with the owners and other guests, however not to worry we will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hannah and Sam :)

The property is like a post card. It's simply amazing. The Corners are terrific. Everything was in order. We slept like babies. Breakfast was outstanding. Fiona has the best tea and lemon cake in Scotland. We really enjoyed chatting the evening we arrived and learning about the property. We were missing our own border collie, Ringo, and the Corners were generous in lending us Holly and Nancy to play with. They were a big hit with our teenage sons. I also really liked the "take-a-book" in our room. Nice touch. Thanks for an all-too-short stay, but a terrific one!

Claonairigh house was the best b&b we stayed during our journey in Scotland last month. As soon as we arrived my daughter said : "Mum, this is Cinderella's home!!!!" It's really a lovely countryside house three miles far from Invereray. We got all the rooms since we were six and we could not decide how to settle because they were all beautiful and decorated with care and love .Fiona was a special host and gave us useful information about where to have dinner in Inveraray ringing to book a table for us. The next morning she prepared a delicious breakfast: we enjoyed Fiona's waffles with bacon and eggs or jam, hand made bread, and any other things we could guess. Our children played with her two friendly dogs in the garden and we were really sad to leave this fairytale.....I should tell it's an excellent B&B from any point of view: my only regret is not to have booked in advance two days instead of one :there are a lot of places you can see from Invereray(that is very interesting with its castle) such as Lock Lomond, Oban and Glencoe. Thank you Fiona

We had a lovely overnight stay with Claire. We stayed on the third story in a double room with our own private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.we especially loved playing catch with the dogs outside. I would highly recommend this B and B.
