Stayed at this hotel on a Tuesday till Saturday had a lovely time. Although I think this hotel is a little tired for the price and the location I think it was well worth the money. Tom who worked nights was amazing and was a pleasure to talk too.

Tables have real covers on them, and Breakfast is fabulous with real porridge on offer,if porridge is not your this thing the fruit...

The location of the hotel is great right on the sea front. There is no free parking at the hotel, parking is roughly £1 per hour until 6pm then it's free until the morning. The hotel is very dated but room was very warm and clean, from a hygiene point downside is the bed doesn't have mattress protectors. Staff were...

we stayed one night (family of 4, 4yro & 1yro) in January. We stayed there because it has a good location and good price and we were traveling to Fort William from Stirling (we were late so stoped in oban for one night). Good value for money! We had a family room with harbour view, my girls loved it. The hotel...

Maybe we have been spoiled but this hotel to me has been terribly disappointing. I don't have the have the habit of writing reviews if my opinion is negative. The hotel needs desperate repairs. I was hoping for beautiful art deco details but didn't find anything standing out. The whisky cellar was closed so one of the reasons for choosing...

We only slept here, we ate out and caught an early ferry before breakfast so can't judge the restaurant. On the basis that we paid £36 it was exactly what we'd expect, curtains hanging off and not meeting in the middle, no shower curtain, bleak lighting etc. Our room was at the back facing the kitchens of an Indian restaurant....

I was one of the oldies at Christmas one guest remarked about, they probably do not realise the coach trips keep the hotels functioning winter months. the only negative i had was the large portions as i have a serious medical problem i have to eat little and often, like grazing. THE CHRISTMAS LUNCH HAD NO CRANBERRY SAUCE, BREAD SAUCE...

Great hotel, and great location. Close to car park and walk along seafront. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice view. Good value (not 5* but you get what you pay for). Clean and perfect for our family.

We booked this as a treat to ourselves since both our birthdays are in January. We were not disappointed. Our room had a fabulous view of Oban bay and it was clean and tidy. The evening meal was good and the breakfast excellent. All the staff were very friendly which is always an additional bonus too. We secured a special...
