Lovely location great for town ferry and walks. Loved the breakfast. Sherry bottle was topped up each day. We checked in earlier than stated was not a problem. I attended casualty with a broken humerus,Simon said this was a first for his business.

Stayed for a night en route to the Hebrides. Warmly welcomed by the owner and shown to a comfortable rear bedroom with a fair sized WC/shower room. Ideal for a stop over. Given some useful advice on where to eat and what to see in town and left to our own devices. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good choice...

We loved this bed and breakfast. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, true salt of the earth people! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I only wish our stay could have been longer!

The Old Manse was the perfect place to stay in Oban. Our warm welcome by Simon and his helpful suggestions set the tone for our delightful 2 night stay in Oban. Our first floor picture window had the most beautiful view over Oban, the Isle of Mull and the bay. We could walk wherever we wanted, and leave our car...

Wow! My boyfriend and I spent two nights here and it was perfect! The breakfast menu had an array of options, you could get a lovely homemade full breakfast, or a lighter continental style breakfast. The room was great! The bed was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was updated and also extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly...

Simon and Anna are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they offered local knowledge. .Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and a nice touch with the sherry. Lovely views. Good breakfast. Parking is free. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a BB basis. This bb is popular, even though we booked a few months earlier, there were no rooms available with a harbour view. Our room was fine, very clean, and it was nice and cosy with the heating on when we arrived. Anna and Simon are great hosts and nothing is too...

We stayed for one night in this lovely B&B, where Simon the owner could not have been nicer, our room was big, as was the bathroom, and it was very clean and comfortable. It is only a 5 minute walk to the main street or 10 min stroll to the tower. Breakfast was nice, with a choice of cereals or...
