Stayed for two nights while visiting friends in the borders last month. I would highly recommend this guest house. A warm welcome on arrival a lovely room and a superb continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. Would not hesitate to return.

I stayed here in August wasn't impressed. Bookeď with Xperia. Quoted £160. Owner charged £180. It said full breakfast. But was continental. Also shared bathroom. Didn't feel at home at all. Won't be returning!!
