Stayed for 2 nights with my parents, adjoining rooms. Due to traffic, arrived after 11pm but Alan was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Location was very handy for the town. Will certainly go there again.

A lovely B&B, warm welcome, great breakfast! Close to a lovely bar and a great Indian restaurant - but well positioned close to all you need. We had a great time, even helped us get the bikes off the road. Recommend in a heart beat... will certainly return when next visiting the Borders.

We were very well greeted by a very friendly host. Was a perfect b & b. Plenty of space in the room and a great shower. Breakfast was lovely and as much as you could eat or drink or want. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice room with brilliant shower! Alan was very welcoming and helpful guiding us to a nice (reasonably priced!) place to eat. Breakfast was great - help yourself to as much as you wanted (porridge was the best we'd had all week). Ideal stop over for walking holidays - very close to next stage of Borders Abbey Way walk.

Great breakfast (my mother particularly enjoyed the porridge, give it a try!) and the owners dog was so adorable we could have taken her with us if she wasn't...
