Comfortable, cozy rooms quite close to the Abbey. Charming breakfast room with an inviting fire in season. Outstanding breakfast. Lovely hospitality. As good as a B and B gets. With a reasonable price.

This is the first B and B of our St. Cuthbert's Walk and our hosts were very kind, understanding and accommodating. We had mistakenly taken a public transit bus from Endinburgh to Melrose: 1 1/2 hours versus 40 mins by train....who knew???
Anyway, it was...More
