Have stayed here 3 times recently and cannot fault the room, service, food. The staff in particular Val and Anne are so welcoming and helpful. Room was large with comfy bed and lovely views. Will visit again soon.

Just back from a night here with OH. Lovely hotel and love the use of the upcycled goods and the nod to the old mill. However, the hairdryer could be doing with being less vintage :) The room was fine - if I came again I would ask for a room at the back - nicer views and less road...

Been here several times now and food has always been exceptional. The bar area is nice and snug and the new owners have done a really good job with the interiors. Lovely touch with the links to the local textile industry. The larger dining room lacks a bit of ambiance. Could do with some kind of dividers to make more...

Many thanks for your feedback 00freespirit, great to hear that you've enjoyed another visit. As The Park was built as a home for the owners of a local mill, which recently closed, we thought it only fitting to honour this in our new décor. Hope to see you again sometime in the near future.

I go as often as I can as I just love the food here. The menu is always interesting, always something to choose and always tasty. I come with family and friends and everyone always has an amazing time. The chicken for two is always a hit and comes served on a huge wooden board with fries and veg as...

Recently visited here for coffee with my brother and was very impressed by the two exceptionally helpful ladies on duty. Nothing was too much trouble and we both really enjoyed the tasty coffees and cakes. There are a lot of interesting bit and pieces throughout the decor to look at and definitely looking forward to going back. Lovely Staff-thank you.

A traditional hotel in a lovely Victorian building. Originally purpose built and part of the larger Peebles Hydro. We found the frontline staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a stress free visit. They were very pleasant and willing to advise and help.I am slightly disabled and the lift to the upstairs rooms was a godsend. The room was...

Warm, friendly, food menu a little too 'restauranty' and very over priced for what you get. £30 for steak chips and peas?? Far too pricey!! More basic pub food required, this menu is all too fancy and well over priced! Cosy all the same.

A very pleasant stay in this old style hotel close to town centre of Peebles. Room with great views at the back of the building. Do not take room 79 as this is opposite lift. Staff friendly and attentive. Continental breakfast. On the down side the bar food was very pricey although plenty of eating places in the town. A...

Room had everything you need in a smallish ensuite room. Probably in need of a bit of renovation - but perfectly acceptable. Public areas have new interesting decor - made the hotel quite nice to visit. Very helpful receptionist. Breakfast area was shabby chic, reasonable quality CONTINENTAL breakfast - I would have REALLY liked the option of a Scottish Breakfast...
