We enjoyed our one night stay here on our way to Edinburgh on c2c cycling weekend. This place hsve got bike wash facilities and secured sheds. What else do you need!!! The breakfast was a bit of disaster though but we understood that they were short on staff on that day

We stayed here for just one night but were made very welcome despite being soaking following a wet afternoon in the saddle. The Landlord made sure our bikes were safely stored in their outdoor cycle storage boxes before showing us to our room and offering to help dry our clothes. The food is standard pub grub but very tasty. Good...

Stayed for one night for work. Really can't complain. My room was basic but very clean and in fairness more than I'd expect for £40p/n Close to a few takeaways if that's your thing and close to a supermarket. Sky to with sports etc, massive shower and a very nice chap who booked me in. No real gripes. I'd stay...

Great B&B at a good price. Cheaper and better than those in the town ( in my opinion. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast well worth it. The pub itself has good beers, friendly and welcoming Minutes from Peebles town centre. Will use again when in the area

Came here for a lazy Sunday dinner. Beautiful. The roast beef was very tasty. My macaroni very cheesy. Staff very attentive and very reasonably priced. Definitely be going back. Plenty to choose from. Can't wait till Summer to eat out in great beer garden.

A great room up stairs (no lift) roomy and comfortable. Friendly service in the bar and great meal in the restaurant. Parking away down the hill, but free. A very homely welcome, with lots to talk about.
