We wanted easy access to the airport without the bustle of staying close to the city. Kingsmuir House at Peebles in the Scottish Borders was the result of our extensive research and, we are happy to say, it more...

The bed was comfortable and we had a separate sitting area. Absolutely wonderful. Malcolm served a fantastic breakfast complete with his home baked muffins. A really enjoyable stay, great host,...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, I am so pleased you had the weather to enjoy the summer house, time permitting, next time you may wish to make use of the hamper and blanket for a wee picnic by the Tweed.

We stayed for 2 nights at Kingsmuir House in the Bonnington suite and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was lovely and spacious & quiet. The bathroom was pretty special. Nice quiet location. Lovely breakfast, delicious and plenty of it. Malcolm was a very welcoming and accommodating host. Well placed, within walking distance to local restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries.
