From the moment we arrived at the Ferintosh guest house we were made to feel very welcome by Robertson the owner. He is a very interesting, knowledgeable, likeable and accommodating host. The communal areas were well maintained and very clean with nice pictures, photographs and ornamentation. The front garden was well maintained and a lovely place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. The bedroom was spacious, clean and tidy, we loved all the little extras, biscuits, chocolates and hot chocolate. The ensuite bathroom had all little extras, no need to bring facecloths and toiletries. The breakfast is plentiful and well cooked, nice to have real bread for the toast. Thank you to Robertson for a great covid safe holiday. Thank you to the cleaner for doing a great job. Thank you to Mia the dog for letting us have a stroke. Well done keep up the good work, we will be back. Fred and Christine.

Only stayed one night, owner very accommodating and polite. Bed a bit hard, room clean with selection of teas/coffees/biscuits. Also had toiletries in bathroom!! Enjoyable stay, saints get to sample breakfast as had to leave early but menu looked nice, plenty of choice catering for various dietary needs

Easy to find, with free parking just around the corner. The owners were very friendly and accommodating around our plans. We could come and go as we pleased and they provided maps of the local area as well recommendations on where to go. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and furnished. There were plenty of bathroom supplies and refreshments in the room. You had a varied choice for breakfast which you ordered the night before at a time of your choosing. Not recommended for disabled due to the steps but perfect for single travellers, small groups or families. Would recommend and definitely stay again when I’m in the area.
