Lovely dinner. Dog was allowed in top half of dining room which was great. The pleasant young waitress even gave us a doggy bag for the leftover meat from the delicious but rather large steak pie. Food was well presented, well cooked and tasty.
The hotel is basic but comfortable, suggest you bring earplugs though as furniture is creaky and you can hear conversations in the room next door.
