We chose Dundee East for the locality. We have stayed in Premier Inns in the past and they have always been good and this was no exception! It was exactly what we expected good value, quality accommodation in this marketplace Premier Inn really are 2nd to none

The room was very basic, but probably what's expected of a Premier Inn? The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Co-op across the road was very handy. The Bell Tree pub next door had nice meals and the breakfast in there was very good. Will be back. Could do with a bit of a room refresh -...

We had a very pleasant stay where the room was very comfortable. My only complaint was the bathroom which is badly needing refurbishment. The shower controls were very stiff and difficult to operate and the water was tepid although the hot water in the sink was hot. Also clambering in and out of a bath to shower must be a...

For this stay I had travelled up from london on the train. On arrival at the premier inn I was put at ease straight away by the friendly and helpful staff. After aong journey I just want to drop my bags and get something to eat then relax. I was reassured that this will be an enjoyable experience when I...

Hi, Had to write a review on this Premier Inn as when I booked and then later read some reviews which were not good I was a bit worried on what to expect. Can I say from the minute we walked in we were met by a warm smile from the receptionist and the other staff, our room was spotless...

This was a handy location for where we were staying, there is a supermarket and take aways in the street, and the Bell tree pub next door, which is where breakfast was. I thought breakfast was ok, husband wasn't overly impressed with the cooked options, We checked in on Christmas Day, and the girls were given a selection box each,...

I booked two rooms, 1 double and 1 accesible for my relatives. I was shocked when I discover that the "accessible room" which had a symbol of a wheelchair in the website, did not have an accessible shower. Instead it had a shower inside the bath which is useless if you are in a wheelchair. I called the hotel that...

Hi there I'm really sorry to hear about the confusion with the universally accessible room you were allocated. As the needs of our guests do vary we usually provide a mix of lowered baths and wet rooms. Unfortunately, due to layout & size of our rooms we're not always able to retrospectively fit wet rooms so we're currently able to...

Great hotel with superb facilities. Rooms a little tired though. Food at the pub next to hotel very good and the service was good. Was handy having a supermarket across the road. Staff were good and friendly

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good location. Staff were friendly but as we didn't have any problems during our stay we didn't have to ask for help or advice. Close to local shops and next to main Dundee to Arbroath Rd. Good base for exploring "The Ferry"
