The breakfast was really tasty, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice! I liked staying there and would stay again. The location is great! Easy access to the city centre. The only bad thing was the internet which didn't work well. I recommend!

I have to say I didn't stay at Adam Drysdale House, however my parents did spend there Ruby anniversary here whilst touring Scotland. Back home after a brilliant weekend in Edinburgh and we had a lovely stay here. Jeanette was very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in (room 5) was a comfortable and clean room with nice modern ensuite. It had everything that we needed. We chose to walk in to town, which was a 10 min walk to Princes Street....

I stayed 3 nights in this very nice B&B. Janette is a charming hostess who takes very well of her guests. Good location in short walking distance to the city centre and Napier University. Clean room with very good bed. Good offer of toiletries. Breakfast offers nice selection with real Scottish breakfast and ground coffee. Will definitely come back.

Our visit to Edinburgh was made all the more pleasurable by Jeanette at Adam Drysdale House, she was a lovely host serving wonderful breakfasts. The room we stayed in was at the top of the house and had a great refurbished bathroom, in spite of being at the front of the house it was quiet and we slept very well,...

We had a very comfortable stay in Adam Drysdale House. Janette was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. We enjoyed a lovely homecooked breakfast every day and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Location is very close to the city centre and we were able to walk everywhere.
