We were greeted by Ryan at check-in and he was a very nice and helpful. We checked in early enough that we decided to go to Edinburgh Centre. He gave us the number and location to get the bus there and back. It was very easy and saved a lot of pounds($$$) over taking a taxi. Our stay there was nice and all the the staff were very friendly.

The hotel room I paid for was not given though I had booked my room two months back. The manager is very rude, so please be aware of it, and if you face any issues, please raise them immediately as they will come after you asking why you check-in in the first place. They won't take any blame, but they will blame you instead.

Great location for flying in and out of Edinburgh Airport. Facilities were clean. Staff was helpful. It was easy and fast to arrive with uber. Bus stop close by to go into the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy bus and train links to Edinburgh City Centre and 30 minute walk to Airport. Rooms were fresh, clean and spacious. Both Day and Night Managers were excellent. Customer service second to none. Dinner was a bit of a disaster but manager swiftly dealt with the problem. Bar prices were pretty same as in Airport prices! Yikes. Good amount of parking spaces. Definitely worth the money.

The staff were nice, the food was delicious. VC, Loki and Tarila offered great customer service. We really enjoyed the ice cream and cake. And also appreciate you holding our bags our first day so we could explore without carrying them. We would stay again if we travelled back to Scotland.

We dropped in for a late morning coffee but the bar/cafe was closed. We sat down anyway, and a lovely young woman asked if she could help us. She actually went out of her way to make us a delicious coffee and made suggestions in response to our questions. Her name is Zoe and works in housekeeping. Nevertheless she was helpful and friendly. We were so pleased to have met her! We will definitely stay at this hotel at some point if all the staff is so friendly and professional.

The biggest ripoff possible How do they dare to charge £219, about five times the regular rate only because nearly all hotel rooms were sold out because of a Beyoncé event in town. A lousy place to be avoided

Great place. We forgot our American to European power adapter there though, so if we can’t get it back from the hotel, others are welcomed to it (room 109). I’d recommend the place to anyone near the airport.

Went for dinner only to be told after 1hour 30mins the dish I ordered was not available this was while my partner was being served his. Ended up ordering takeaway! The staff on reception however could not be faulted and were clearly trying to do so the best of a bad situation
