Wow lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Rooms are trendy and comfy. Shower was great in the morning. No iron in our room, when we scanned the qr code on our room key discovered there is an ironing room available. Fab breakfast buffet for £9.00 with unlimited drinks. Late check out available for £15.00. We couldn’t have late check out as they were exceptionally busy this weekend but we did leave our bags at reception while we enjoyed a sightseeing bus tour which would also highly recommend Thankyou for a fab first trip to beautiful Edinburgh x Kim

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect base for my stay in Scotland! The location is central and only five mins away from Haymarket tram station and train station, so getting around Edinburgh and then heading out of town was very easy. The room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good as well. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if and when I'm back in Edinburgh and would highly recommend it as a good, cheaper option.

As you correctly mentioned, the hotel has a number of advantages which make it so convenient. The first one is the location as it only takes 15 minutes to get to the city center and public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. The second one is our modern rooms which have everything for a comfortable stay including mood lights, Hypnos beds, power showers, and flat-screen TVs. Finally, our Brekkie is brilliant as it has a wide variety of pastries, porridge, and yogurts as well as fresh coffee or tea which help to start a day perfectly. We booked this for Harry Styles at Murrayfield and didn't disappoint only 25 minutes walk to murrayfield, less than 10 minutes from Haymarket station and loads of dining options around. Although room faced main busy road the room had double double glazing so we heard nothing during the night and had a great nights sleep. Hotel was very clean and safe and yes the room was small but we knew that before we booked but it was big enough for two adults. Staff in hotel were very welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed one night in the hotel. Location is excellent for traveling to/from the airport and to Glasgow. Friendly employees a the reception and for breakfast. The user interface for lights and for the airconditioner in the room was very modern but not so user-friendly in my opinion.

Tiny tiny room. Bed shoved up against wall on three sides so you have to climb over each other to do anything. Nowhere for luggage except tiny floor space between bed and front door, creating a fire hazard. When pointed this out to staff, they suggested that they could store my luggage elsewhere in hotel… and charge me $5 per bag per day and needed them to help any time I needed to access baggage. No room for small cooler. Had to store it in the shower. In other words, you will be staying in a room smaller than a walk in closet and will have to move everything in room and perform gymnastics to negotiate in room. I have stayed in a tent with more room. Avoid this option unless you are alone and have no luggage.

While it is true, our rooms are compact, we do everything in our power to keep them clean and functional. The rooms are space efficient and modern - comprising of everything one might need for a short city stay - such as a comfy bed, hairdryer, free WI-Fi, and towels. I would also like to assure you that we fully comply with the fire safety regulations, and receive very regular checks to ensure our high standards of safety. Guests are at the heart of everything we do and taking care of them is simply number one on our list. We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the luggage storage. I enjoyed my stay at this location because it was easy for me to get to from the airport and it's less than a 15min walk into the city center. My room and overall facility were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It's in a relatively quiet area but still has enough markets and places to eat for immediate needs. I'd be happy to stay here again

The staff at the hotel provides outstanding customer service, during the visit they went above and beyond. The hotel rooms are as described - stayed in a windowless room, it was small but very comfortable and the bathroom was big. Breakfast was really good and again the staff in charge were very attentive. I will certainly return to this hotel when I next need a stay in Edinburgh.

Overall pleasant but definitely a budget style hotel similar to a Premier Inn. Their 'cosy doubles' are pretty small but fine for us for the couple of nights that we stayed as it was literally used to just sleep in. Showers are like washing under a fog machine and completely useless to be honest. Theres saving water and then theres getting washed under the mist from a leaking hose pipe. Breakfast was pleasant to be honest, better than the usual sh*t continental cheese and ham breakfasts. You get granola yoghurt pots and a cheese and ham pastry which are actually nice. No vegan/veg stuff that I can see (bad times for the weirdos). Drinks are expensive but you get a free vending machine coffee on a morning (they press the button for you). Would stay again.
