This hostel is just AWESOME! First of all, the location is great, just in front of the Edinburg Castle and few meters away from the main streets of the City's old town. Inside, the hostel is very comfortable and clean. Big and spacious rooms, and...More

Great hostel! One of the best I've stayed at. Location, staff, lounges, cleanliness, all great. The only two things I would improve is the variety at bkf and more toilettes per floor. Excellent stay in a beautiful city
This hostel was amazing, the staff, facilities (clean), location and the way the rooms are organized.
One thing that i also appreciate was that it didnt had a bar (no drunks).
Great place, going to advise everyone to stay there.

Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. royal palace – two of Edinburgh’s great set-piece attractions. But there’s lots more exploring to do here down dozens of little alleys, or wynds, while at night the city’s busiest clubs erupt along the Cowgate which is closed to traffic for this purpose.

Hope this helps
