Hostel is in a great location of Old town, just off a side street of the Royal Mile. The staff were lovely and helpful. The beds in the mixed dorm were OK. The blankets smelt like sweat... a wash would be good! The lockers were...More

I visited Edinburgh from Manchester as a solo traveller. I was looking for safe and less expensive place and then I saw this gem. This hostel is right on the royal mile with all market place nearby. Just cross the lane and you will be...More

Nice staff, big hostel. Rooms are a bit small, and toilets and shower maybe short, but in truth I only needed to wait once in 3 nights. Breakfast is £1,90 with fruit, cereals, toast with butter and jam. Quite nice for the price. Only problem...More

visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the

Hi Hayley. Our breakfast is £1.90 and we do have gluten-free cereal as an option. There's a car park at the Travelodge Hotel around the corner and it is £15 for 24h. Hope this helps. Your High Street Hostel team.
