We stayed for 2 nights here, and had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was included and everything was well organized and clean. The rooms were relatively small but we didn't spend much time there anyway. It was only about 1km from princess street and all the cool places so we walked everywhere which saved on the cab! Staff were very...

This is our second one night's stay in the Learmont Travelodge. We travel from Fife by bus and there is a stop by the hotel. The reception staff were cheerful and efficient. The room was perfectly adequate and the bed very comfortable. We chose the continental breakfast as last time the full Scottish was too much. The cereals, fruit salad...

The room was comfortable, the bathroom and linen was spotless, the water was hot, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff were happy to put our freezer blocks in their fridge. Only the pillows could have been more comfortable. The

Stayed here for one night in March 2017 I was worried that it would be quite far from the centre of Edinburgh but needn't have worried as it is exactly 4 bus stops from Princes Street and a short distance (5 minutes taxi perhaps 15minutes walk)from Haymarket Station. The hotel reception staff were very polite and welcoming. There is a...

Located in a really nice part of Edinburgh and a stunning building. The rooms are comfortable (except the pull out beds in the family rooms which is like sleeping on a board!) All are en-suite, basic but does the job . The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. For Edinburgh, it is really well priced compared...

Our family room was enormous, double bed was very comfortable & bathroom was clean & fresh. Reception staff were great with everything & breakfast hit the spot perfectly, although it wasn't outstanding. This was fantastic value in a beautiful part of Edinburgh & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was very satisfied with our stay here until the third morning, where we were woken up to the sound of the fire alarm. This made me panic despite knowing where all the exits were. Me and my sister ran down stairs, and stood at the assembly point as instructed to. Here we learnt that the cause of the alarm...

The budget travelodge chain has updated the rooms in this heritage building in a quiet area close to the centre. High ceilings large rooms Edwardian proportions for low prices. we stay here on trips to Edinburgh for shopping and feel at home.

When so many accommodation providers in Edinburgh are charging so much for an overnight stay, it was great to discover the Learmonth Travelodge. It is centrally located in a pleasant residential area. The rooms are fairly basic but well-equipped and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the television was very straightforward to operate - which is not always the...
