A large hotel in the city center with good parking facilities. The rooms were nicer than we expected, clean and enough space. The staff was friendly but somewhat impersonal. the breakfast was acceptable but did not shine in any way.

Where do I begin. Room-heat didn’t work, sheets were ill fitting, stained and ripped. Beds were not comfortable. Noise from hallway very loud. We were located near the elevator and constantly heard shaft open and shut. Staff was impersonal and not all could communicate effectively....More

Spotless clean hotel................rooms superb............staff brilliant. Only 1 lift working Meal prices very expensive.................not the best quality...edible Paid over £200 for 2 nights and had to pay £8 per night to park there...................that annoyed me........and because of that I will not return Just my humble opinion

Yes, if you take a bus, the stop Haymarket is approx 300m from the hotel.
