Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review about the service and food. I know exactly what you mean about the seats. We are in the process of ordering some cushions to address this issue but if they have not arrived by the time of your next visit, please do not hesitate to ask a member...

We visited Edinburgh on the 1st of Jan and stayed at no 11, the room was lovely, spotless and the hotel in general was very cosy & welcoming. We had already booked dinner with hotel and I have to say all three courses were first class food, served quickly. The location of no 11 is central to all shops, pubs...

My sister and I were given an overnights stay here as a gift. We arrived and the Spanish lady on reception was warm and friendly, our room was lovely and cosy, nice modern decor. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic I had the full Scottish. I'd definitely reccomend this place. There is...

We stopped off at number 11 for a tasting menu that we picked up off Groupon, and as always it delivered. We've used a number of vouchers at number 11 and they have all been worth the money and left us recommending to friends. Keep it up

Have been to No 11 before, and had a lovely time. We wanted to take our children, 20 and 16 for an after Christmas treat. We unfortunately, on this occasion were disappointed. The menu seemed much different to the ones we have had, there seemed to be less choice, and it seemed to be laid out very strangely. Maybe there...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I would like to re-assure you that Management and the Head Chef have not changed since your last visit to No 11. Went for lunch with an itison voucher. Looks like it's off the beaten track but not really. So close to the playhouse and John Lewis. Food was amazing. The black pudding croquettes were amazing! Staff were lovely and very attentive but not overbearing. Thank you. We'll be back.

Small over priced portions, only good thing was cheeseboard and you'd have to go some to ruin something you only stick on a plate (or in this case a stupid slate so you can add on £3)! It's also decorated in mainly black which is claustrophobic, oh and the toilet is basically a tiny cubicle which needs some talc, I...

I stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was a treat, and a huge menu to choose from. The location is quite good, but a bit of a walk to princess street etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you for the words about our staff. We hope the 12 minute walk up to Princess Street affords our guest the opportunity to walk off the breakfast!
