    Lovely hotel so clean and fresh staff so very helpful...close to everything castle shops etc no need for car you can walk. Breakfast was lush had a lovely wedding anniversary stay here didnt want to leave hope to return again soon.

    Unsure about the fitness suite but parking is heavily discounted for hotel guests at the Omni Centre QPark car park - take the parking token to the hotel and they'll validate it for you. Cost us £5 for almost 24 hours.

    Yes they did give me a map, which was easy to follow. It's also a friendly city to walk and almost all the sights are within walking distance of each other.

    There is a multi story just around the corner not sure how much it would cost.
