    Couldn't fault this b & b in any way. Our room was immaculately and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean , warm and comfortable. The breakfast was all freshly cooked and served in a lovely conservatory looking out onto the very pretty garden. We will definitely return....More

    Lovely Hotel very tastefully decorated,nice touch with the fresh flowers,quiet area,a few public houses within walking distance,buses every 10mins to town centre.Lovely gardens,and great conservatory.

    We are located just over a mile from the Royal Mile. You can easily walk there or take the bus. We have double beds and large king-size beds.
