could have been more updated and more cleaner. The hairdryer melted once we switched it on, AND my firend left her ipad in the room , we called to get this back and they advised us that it was not there. We know that it was still there!!! I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed for one night for the great Edinburgh run the next day. The hotel looked good from the outside but as soon as you walk in the door you get unprofessional staff. I stayed in room 25 which was on the top floor along with a room of young girls who had their music full blast along with the...

Looks nice from the outside, we stayed for 2 nights to enable me to go for a hospital appointment. The room was ok at first glance. However, throughout the stay the room was freezing, the window drafty, the TV didn't work the first night and I discovered we weren't alone in our room as the resident woodlice came out on...

A two night stay was booked through a company that arranges stag do's which will also be getting a complaint. From the outside looks like a nice hotel but it is far from it. Our group was already being lectured about keeping noise down and warned we would be thrown out if we were too loud before even getting our...

I didn't book this place myself, didn't read the reviews first. From the outside it looks good - smart, nice big conservatory. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful too. It's one of those places where it could be really fantastic, if it was possible to spend £1000 on each room…. and with over 20 rooms it would...

This hotel was booked without choice by a 3rd party for us. First impression was "it will do" however this very quickly changed. Night one the manager thought it was a good idea to search the rooms for unwanted guests (under beds, in bathrooms etc) at 4.30am but there wasn't any. Saturday morning we woke up to no lights working...

Don't know where to begin to describe how it was firstly the rooms where dirty dust everywhere, wifi didn't work, windows where broke in room, woke up on our second morning to a freezing cold breakfast and when politely ask to heat up received blunt and rude reply. Same with when asking for a glad of ice we where told...

I stayed here previously ; earlier this month and have just had a 2- night stay. My reason for the visit was for a family funeral. The hotel is convenient for Lothian buses in / out of the City. My room overlooked Craigmillar Park . Comfortable bed, cosy room and clean and tidy bathroom (shower cubicle) . All the comforts...
