An excellent B&B. Spotlessly clean, well thought out and furnished rooms, brilliant position and a really good breakfast. My only (completely subjective and personal) reservation was that the bed was a bit soft, otherwise 5 star all round.

Out of season this is a great and value for money option in Edinburgh. Had we visited another time, I am sure the service and facilities would be exactly the same, but the cost might then cause me to knock a star off. That said Edinburgh can be quite expensive, especially this close to the centre (only a 15 minute...

We chose this place on Trip Advisor because of the excellent reviews and also because we needed parking. We stayed in the separate apartment which was perfect for us (parents travelling with one adult child). There are two rooms in the apartment, one with a double bed and one with a single, which worked out perfectly for us. We were...

I stayed for 2 nights whilst on business and I loved Kew House. Its owners Ian and Alan were delightful and helpful, everywhere was gleaming and fresh and there were little extras to make one feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was first class and I would recommend a stay to any friends or colleagues. Deborah B

Ian and Allen were tremendous hosts. The accomodations were first cabin. The breakfasts were all delicious. The conversation was priceless and outstripped any other B&B ever. True gentlemen and gracious with their recommendations of travel routes, restaurants and sites to see! If ever I return to Edinburgh, I will be staying here!!!! Thanks again . Jim H.

Welcoming and extremely good accomodation in a part of the city that is easy walking distance from the city centre. Superb breakfast with a range of options that are all served to the highest of standards. In short we'll use it again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

We stayed at the Kew house for 2 days with our two sons aged 10 and 6 yrs old. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. Our host Ian was very helpful and accomodating. Gave us lots of good tips for things to do with the boys. Breakfast (and acommpanying conversations with Ian) was great! Highly recommend the Kew House...

We went there for a 4 days´ trip. We stayed in the same hotel and it was excellent: service, clean, delicious breakfast. 20 minutes walk to the city centre but it is near to the airport and you can take several buses in front of the door. Quiet area but near to the main attractions and restaurants. Totally recommend it.

Overall I had a fantastic stay at Kew House. I was warmly welcomed having phoned ahead after my sat nav took me the wrong way and helpfully directed to the property and shown to the private parking area. I was greeted and showed to a lovely double room complete with delicious chocolates upon arrival and a lovely selection of toiletries....
