Very friendly little B& B Particularly Marie the receptionist/ cook/ bottle washer!! She was most helpful at all times and made sure everything was spotless! The rooms are small but tidy, could possibly do with some sort of dispenser for water within the room? Bus stop outside gets you directly into the Haymarket in 5 minutes

We spent the night in this hotel, the staff were excellent and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable, the traffic on the main road didn't disturb us too much. Cheap and very cheerful.

Stayed 1 night on Saturday for a show in Usher Hall Small hotel. A bit out of the way for the city centre Breakfast was good. Usual choice. The room was a bit small for 2 people but O.K. for 1 night Marie was very efficient and friendly.

The hotel is clean. Friendly welcome from Marie on reception. Toilets worked without any issue although strange knocking noise from a pump when using the shower. Room was cramped. Decor throughout was dated and appeared to be in the owner's unique (ornate) taste. One might say it was dated. Breakfast underwhelming. I expected a lot more given the high cost...
