We stayed here twice in recent weeks for one night stays for the Ireland/Wales v Scotland Games. We booked based on the positive reviews, and it lived up to expectations. Both times we found parking outside on the street easily enough, and received a warm welcome from Kevin each time! Each time we arrived early morning and the first occasion...

Kevin and Susan run a botique hotel that feels almost like home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean modern and we'll maintained. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The Ceilidh-Donia is located just off a main bus route providing easy access to the rest of Edinburgh. It is also within walking distance of good...

A nice small hotel with friendly and helpful proprietor and staff. Decent breakfast with many cooked options (though the usual bland and weak UK coffee). It's in a quiet neighbourhood, a bus ride into the city but navigation is easy (get a day ticket if doing more than in and out). The only real disadvantage is a very steep staircase...

This lovely hotel is in a perfect location for a visit to Edinburgh. My partner and I only stayed for one night but oh how we wished it had been longer. The hotel which is situated in a quiet area is beautifully decorated and our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast menu is extensive and designed to suit...

Warm welcome at this beautiful family owned B&B. Beds and duvet covers super comfortable. Warm towels. Many amenities like shampoo, lotion, etc. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a buffet and many options prepared to order. We had the English muffin with scrambled eggs and Scottish Salmon, and loved it. Gave 4 stars and not 5 because some rooms (ours included)...

Thank you for your review, your comments are taken on board and discussed with the team, So to read such high praise is great motivation for all of us. Unfortunately, we do have rooms on the second floor, mostly with excellent views, elevators however are not practical for the space, we would urge our guests to specify a first or...

This is a small but very well maintained hotel close to city centre. You can simply hop on a bus and it takes you to many Edinburgh attractions in minutes. The staff if the hotel are extremely friendly and they treat like their home guests. The hotel is clean and facilities all work well. I would definitely stay there again.
