Great hotel if you want to see the sights of Edinburgh as located near to town center. Clean and tidy rooms and a Beefeater on site for your evening meal. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help.

Excellent location, lovely clean and spacious room with very helpful and friendly hotel and restaurant staff. My only fault would be that there is not enough consideration for families with severely disabled adults/children/wheelchair user requiring 2 full time carers at all times. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this Premiere Inn and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is adequate for a base. It's about 20minutes by bus from centre of Edinburgh. The rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly. It's ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep after a long day sightseeing.

To say we visited over the Christmas period for 5 nights the rate was fairly resonable. The room was spacious with tea/coffee making facilities. We were never too cold as there was a thermostat in the room which you could control the heat. There was a bath as well as a shower and hairdryer in the room. The only thing...

Very good service and facilities, easy to check in and out. My only issue was that the towels smelled quite strongly of vinegar, which must have been from whatever they used in order to clean them. Room was very nice and clean.

A small hotel located just outside the city centre, with a petrol station right next to it, a bus stop just down the road with frequent buses to the city centre and good parking facilities. The room was a bit smaller than expected but was kept very clean. The only drawback from housekeeping was that they left a window open...

Lovely hotel, well maintained! Fantastic family room with lots of space! All staff were friendly and welcoming!! We had a lovely stay, it is just outside of the City though so a taxi or half hour bus journey into Edinburgh city centre! However it meant evening meal in the Beef Eater was possible!!

Nothing about our stay made us want to come back here over any other similar chain. Staff did not seem to have much interest in making our stay as best as theyou could. When going for breakfast in the morning every fire exit door was wide open making the entire place very cold.

Hello and thanks for your review. It's unfortunate to hear that you were not impressed by your recent visit to the Edinburgh East hotel. We always encourage our Team Members to offer a pleasant and helpful service for all guests, so it's a shame that you felt they were uninterested. I'm also sorry that the restaurant was cold at breakfast...

Cosy hotel outwith the city centre, excellent parking facilities with nearby bus stops directly to the centre of town. Slept really well and would definitely consider staying here again. Brilliant choice for staying in for Edinburgh
