All the positive comments posted here I found to be completely TRUE with no exaggeration. The breakfast was amazing, the place beautiful and clean, and the service impeccable. We stayed the one night as a gift to my wife. We were in the Campbell Suite which was maintained in immaculate condition and very nice. The couple was very nice and when we checked in they offered us wine and gave us some tips on the town. We just loved the house and our room was gorgeous. The English breakfast wasn't great but they also had a large continental breakfast we could take from. I would stay here again. They had lots of extras like...

Stayed 2 nights at the Kingsburgh and enjoyed it. The receiption we got was excellent and the breakfast was a feast to behold. Best continental table I have seen for a long time. Georgeous strawberries!

booked for 1 night stay in edinburgh, lovely warm welcome, beautiful home, quiet peaceful room beautifully decorated, breakfast fab, owners couldnt do enough to help. Gorgeous lounge/breakfast room. Complimentary glass of wine on arrival and complimentary sherry in bedroom! fantastic.

Been to many nice hotels around the world and rate this in our top 5. Great little find and will definitley be stopping here when we next visit Edinburgh. Alan and Andrena are fantastic and made our short stay very special. I could go on and on but would only be repeating what others have said.
